Refund policy
At Black Vision, we want your experience to always be positive. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the products in accordance with Portuguese and European Union legislation on distance selling.

You have a period of 14 consecutive days after receiving your order to exercise your right of return, without needing to provide a reason.
2. Condition of items

Returned products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing, or damage.

All original tags and packaging must be included.

Personalized products (e.g., items made to special order) cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
3. Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defect or error by Black Vision.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your safety.
4. Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will notify you by email if the refund has been approved.

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days.

The refund includes the amount paid for the product(s) and initial shipping costs (when applicable).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and make the funds available.
5. How to return

To start a return process, contact us via email at info@blackvision.pt, providing your order number and the products you wish to return.
